Overview

CNC Nation Machining is a precision manufacturer in Mississauga, Ontario, offering CNC milling, CNC turning, plastic injection moulding, 3D printing and custom solutions. I built its content-managed website, with the content layer kept separate from the page templates, so the team can manage services, testimonials, the blog and FAQs without touching code.

The challenge

Industrial buyers want proof of capability and a fast way to request a quote, and most machine-shop websites bury both. The company needed a site that explained each service clearly, ranked for its services in a competitive North American market, and turned engineers and buyers into quote requests.

The solution

I modelled services, testimonials, blog posts and FAQs as structured content types in the CMS, exposed through its REST API, so every page is assembled from managed content instead of hard-coded copy. A free-quote form with a service dropdown sits on the homepage and is repeated where buyers make decisions, with click-to-call and the shop's address in the header. Technical SEO is handled at the CMS level: per-page titles and descriptions, a sitemap and structured data. The site runs on an Nginx/Ubuntu stack tuned for fast delivery to visitors across Canada and the US.
