Refund Policy

1. Overview

Our work is custom, project-based professional service rather than an off-the-shelf product. Refund eligibility therefore depends on how much work has been completed, as set out below.

2. Advance payments and deposits

Projects typically begin with an advance to reserve time and start work. Once work has begun, the advance covers the effort already invested and is generally non-refundable. If we have not yet started, we will refund the advance in full.

3. Milestone-based work

For milestone-based projects, completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you are charged for work completed up to that point, and any balance held against unstarted milestones is refunded.

4. What is not refundable

• Work that has been completed, delivered, or approved.
• Time already spent on discovery, design, development, or consultation.
• Third-party costs we have paid on your behalf — domains, hosting, licenses, plugins, and advertising spend.
• Digital marketing ad budgets, which are paid to the ad platform, not to us.

5. Free resources and downloads

Lead magnets, checklists, audits, and other free downloads on this site are provided at no cost, so no payment or refund is involved.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hi@buildwithowais.com with your project details and reason. We review every request fairly and personally, and will confirm eligibility and the amount before processing.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it directly and quickly rather than through a chargeback.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your engagement applies to that project.
