1. Agreement to these terms

We provide web application development, custom software, mobile app development, AI and automation, digital marketing, and graphic design services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a separate written quote or proposal agreed between us.

3. Quotes, proposals, and scope

Quotes are based on the requirements you share and are valid for the period stated. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline. We will always confirm additional costs with you before proceeding.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, content, assets, and access needed to complete the work.
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure you own or are licensed to use any materials you provide to us.
• Make payments as agreed in the quote or proposal.

5. Fees and payment

Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin on receipt of an advance and are billed against milestones or on the schedule set out in your quote. Invoices are payable by the stated due date. Prices exclude third-party costs (such as domains, hosting, licenses, and ad spend) and any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Timelines

We commit to reasonable timelines agreed in writing. Delivery dates depend on timely input, feedback, and payment from you. Delays on your side may shift the schedule accordingly.

7. Revisions and approvals

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the quote. Once you approve a deliverable or milestone, further changes may be treated as additional scope.

8. Intellectual property

Ownership of final, custom deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. Until then, all work remains our property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you have agreed a written confidentiality arrangement with us. Third-party assets, libraries, and licenses remain subject to their own terms.

9. Third-party services

Our work may integrate third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, changes, or policies of third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms.

10. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share for a project as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

Beyond what is expressly agreed in your proposal, the website and our informational content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific work concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

13. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. On termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to that date. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and liability) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
