The challenge
Local pharmacies juggle thousands of SKUs, batch numbers, and expiry dates by hand. Billing was slow, stock-outs were common, and expired stock quietly ate margin. There was no single, reliable view of the business.
The approach
I built an ERP around the counter workflow first — billing had to be faster than the old way or it wouldn't stick. On top of that sits inventory with batch/expiry intelligence, supplier and purchase tracking, and reporting, all backed up to the cloud.
