The challenge

A hospital runs on dozens of overlapping processes — registration, OPD, billing, pharmacy, records — usually spread across separate registers and tools. The result is duplicated data, slow service, and no reliable reporting.

The approach

I built iHealthPro as a modular system with role-based access, so each department gets exactly the screens it needs while the data stays unified underneath. The priority was reliability and clarity over feature bloat.
