The challenge
Finding a trustworthy mechanic — especially in an emergency — meant phone calls, unclear pricing, and no idea when help would arrive. Mechanics, meanwhile, had no steady digital channel for new jobs.
The approach
I built a two-sided platform: a clean customer app for requesting and tracking service, and a mechanic-facing side for accepting and managing jobs. Location and status updates were made first-class so both sides always know what's happening.
