The challenge
Care was bottlenecked at the front desk: appointments by phone, records on paper, and no way for patients to self-serve. Missed appointments and lost histories were a daily cost, and there was no digital touchpoint for patients searching for care after hours.
The approach
I mapped the real patient journey — discover, book, attend, follow up — and built each step as a focused, low-friction flow. The app was designed mobile-first for patients, with a separate lightweight dashboard so non-technical staff could manage the day without training overhead.
