Overview
Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ranibagh, sits on Lal Chowk near the DC Office in Anantnag. I designed and built its website at ghssanantnag.in: a public site for students and parents, and a content management system the school office runs on its own.
- Staff-managed CMS, no developer needed
- School news ticker + dated notifications
- Downloads for results, forms and circulars
- Events and photo galleries
- Admissions section
- Student registration and login
- Principal's message, vision and departments
- Mobile-friendly Laravel build

The challenge
A government school's information lives in a lot of places: circulars pinned to a board, result statements, admission dates, event photos, forms that parents need to collect in person. The school wanted one official place where all of it could be published quickly by its own staff, without waiting on a developer for every notice.
The solution
I built the site on Laravel with a staff-only admin panel. The office posts school news to a homepage ticker, adds dated notifications, uploads result statements and forms to a downloads section, and publishes events and photo galleries. The public site covers the principal's message, vision and mission, departments and an admissions section, with student registration and login built in. The layout is mobile-friendly, and the contact bar keeps the phone number, email and Google Maps location one tap away.
